Obituary for Francisco Moyeda
Francisco Moyeda, 64, of Lufkin, was born August 12, 1955 in Mexico, the son of the late Lorenza (Gonzalez) and Carlos Moyeda. He passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 in a Houston hospital.
Mr. Moyeda was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He worked as a machine operator. He loved to party and dance, was a beekeeper and loved working on his cars.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa E. Moyeda of Lufkin; sons, Francisco Moyeda, Jr. and girlfriend Abigail of Lufkin, Alberto Carlos Moyeda of Lufkin and Rodolfo Aguilar and wife Celia of Houston; daughter, Erma Moyeda and husband Jesus Vasquez of Eagle Pass; sisters, Irma Moyeda, Imelda Solis and Maria Moyeda; brothers, Hector Moyeda, Mario Moyeda, Carlos Moyeda and Enrique Moyeda; 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Moyeda was preceded in death by his sister, Guadalupe Moyeda.
Services are in the care of Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home.
